CVCVC

Terms & Participation Standards

CVCVC connects corporate venture teams, venture funds, startups and portfolio companies around corporate mandates.

Membership

CVC membership is complimentary after organization approval. Each mandate is reviewed separately before publication. Founding VC membership is US$599 per firm per year, with the firm’s team included. Standard annual membership is US$899 per firm. Membership is billed annually upfront. Startups and portfolio companies may apply for consideration or participate through VC nominations. Direct startup applicants create an account and complete their company application in the portal. There is no charge to apply. Direct startup membership is US$599 per company per year after approval, with the company’s team included. Approval and confirmed payment are required for direct access to member mandates; creating an account alone does not grant access. A portfolio company does not need a separate startup membership solely to take part in a VC-led introduction. Additional services require separately agreed terms and fees.

Payment and renewal

Registration, payment and renewal are managed in the member portal. The account owner reviews the price, renewal terms and any applicable taxes before payment. Paid membership activates only after payment is confirmed; startup applicants must first be approved. Members can manage payment and cancel renewal in portal billing and retain access through the end of their paid period.

Payments CVCVC cannot service against the stated eligibility criteria will be refunded.

Syndication and programmes

Syndication coordination is separate from membership. Scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed before work begins. Other programmes depend on availability and member relevance. Membership does not authorize CVCVC to commit capital, decide allocations or make investment decisions.

Participant responsibility

Membership does not guarantee a response, meeting, investment, pilot or commercial outcome. Participants remain responsible for confidentiality, conflicts, diligence, internal approvals and their investment or commercial decisions. Company information must be shared with permission.
